Tecnau’s Long-Term Partnership with Victor Buck Services
Victor Buck Services has been a long-time customer of Tecnau, initially investing in a finishing system inline with a Xerox Impika Evolution Inkjet printer. The Initial Setup with Tecnau
The original system installed for Victor Buck Services was robustly configured to include a Tecnau unwinder, a TC 1550 dynamic perforator, a TC 1750 static pinfeed punching unit, and a Folder 92 fanfolder with a VST 192 Vertical Stack turning station. This setup allowed seamless inline production of folded form outputs from six to sixteen inches in length with automatic form size changes. It was an ideal solution for the dynamic needs of their clients, enabling the creation of remittance stubs, coupons, and tear-out pages through precise perforation and tractor hole punching.

The Latest Upgrade: Expanding Capabilities with Tecnau Solutions
In 2024, Victor Buck Services embarked on a major upgrade to their production capabilities. They installed a Canon ColorStream 8000 series digital inkjet press inline with the Tecnau Unwinder and Dynamic Perforator already available and added a Revolution 50 Rewinder r50 to elevate production speed and output quality. Additionally, they introduced two Tecnau’s high-speed inserter unwinders connected to Bowe Fusion Cross inserting systems. This new configuration enables the efficient production of printed, perforated documents that are directly fed at high speed into mailing processes, ready for dispatch.
