RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Sitma supports and stimulates the activities of its research team, which operates both incrementally, to increase the efficiency of the technologies currently adopted, and structural, in search of new technological breakthroughs.

In the area dedicated to Research & Development and Design, located in a special octagonal office in the center of the headquarters, new materials are studied and machines and systems are developed that are more and more advanced in order to guarantee the customer a competent, professional and cutting-edge support.

TRAINING

An important role is played by the training which, promoted continuously through refresher training courses, contributes to keeping the team constantly qualified.

Sitma has already obtained the ISO 9001 - 14001 and 50001 certifications.
