Tecnau’s BookReady reduces manual print handling and consolidates labor-intensive finishing operations in an in-line automated process.

BookReady slits, cuts, and stacks output, allowing users to process sheets in cost-effective multiple-up impositions. Add SheetFeeder VP 6000 roll feed system for significant costs savings on paper, by producing odd-sized sheets from rolls.

Integration with Canon’s PRISMAsync software on the varioPRINT 6000 series allows job set-up information to be sent directly to BookReady from the press, for automatic positioning of alignment table & knives. Optional Tecnau Connect software control package keeps track of all processed sheets and reports missing pages from each job to control re-prints and complete customers’ orders.
