Featuring adjustable controls, Revolution 50 Roll-to-Roll accommodates the wide range of tensions required for varying papers to be run by the newest high-speed color inkjet presses. Center-shaft driven, this solution rewinds rolls at speeds up to 820 feet per minute (250 m/min), and is ideal for commercial print applications. With proven reliability, operators can count on extended run times as well as minimal intervention.

The Revolution 50 Roll-to-Roll features the Unwinder u50 and Rewinder r50 each with an internal loop control to produce high quality, tightly wound rolls for problem-free feeding of inserters or other finishing equipment. The solution has an enhanced servo motor system control to optimize and reduce power consumption, decrease heat output and consume less energy.

Natural-language error reporting on the user screen and onboard diagnostics help keep the system up and running. Next-generation controls offer compatibility with the “Internet of Things” (IoT). IoT options are available for remote monitoring and diagnostics, automatic software updates and preventive maintenance aids.
