Bundle Packaging System

Sitma 960 is unique in its ability to wrap bundles on the fly, without stopping them as they pass through the sleeve wrapping station. This Continuous Motion Sealing technology ensures higher output and superior bundle handling, with speeds of up to 50 bundles per minute.

Both models—Sitma 960-H and Sitma 960H-961—offer the flexibility to sleeve-wrap or shrink-wrap bundles using a Sitma tunnel. The machines can handle variable sizes and thicknesses without operator intervention, making them adaptable to a wide range of packaging needs.

The 960 series incorporates a film buffer system that maintains a reservoir of film, draping it over incoming bundles without resistance. This ensures every bundle, no matter how small, is stable with a perfect seal. The film saver module further enhances efficiency by backing the film into the bundle during sealing, resulting in a tighter wrap at a lower material consumption.
