High-Speed Pocket Sorter

The Sitma Speedy Sort is a sturdy, high-performing automated pocket sorter ideal for sorting books and other flat products. Capable of sorting up to 12,000 items/hour and with the option to install up to 4 in-feed points, this solution is designed can be configured to fit your processes. 

The Speedy Sort has an innovative horizontal ring design for a smooth operation process, and i n-feed points can be placed on the opposite vertexes to optimize the pocket’s run-around. Each vertex can manage up to 3 feed conveyors, simplifying the operator’s job.

Featuring an ergonomic feeding and recovery system and modular construction allowing customized number of outputs, the Speedy Sort maximized flexibility and efficiency. Products are recovered in special spring loaded trolleys, and if a trolley is not available, products remain inside the pocket.
